Sean Blood
Sean Blood is Director of Riverdale Build & Construct, bringing more than 20 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, and operational leadership. Beginning his career in the roofing industry before moving into major infrastructure projects, Sean developed extensive expertise in project delivery, operational management, and leading teams across complex environments.
Throughout his career, Sean has progressed through senior management positions with leading contractors, building a strong reputation for delivering quality projects, driving performance, and developing lasting client relationships. His practical approach, commercial awareness, and commitment to excellence continue to support Riverdale's growth and the successful delivery of projects nationwide.

Gareth Rees
Gareth Rees is Director of Rees Quantity Surveying & RQS Construction Ltd, bringing more than 35 years of experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, estimating, and project delivery. Having worked with some of the UK's leading contractors, Gareth has developed extensive expertise across residential, commercial, regeneration, and construction projects.
His experience covers all aspects of financial and commercial project management, including cost planning, procurement, valuations, contractual administration, and final accounts. Known for his collaborative approach and strong commercial insight, Gareth is committed to delivering value, maintaining quality, and building trusted relationships that contribute to successful project outcomes.

Martin Fildes
Martin Fildes is Founder and Director of Riverdale Stone, bringing more than 40 years of experience in construction, stonemasonry, heritage restoration, and specialist craftsmanship. Starting his career as a bricklayer, Martin has built Riverdale into an award-winning business recognised for delivering prestigious projects across the residential, commercial, and heritage sectors.
Under his leadership, Riverdale has worked on landmark developments, heritage restorations, and award-winning landscaping projects, earning recognition throughout the industry for exceptional quality and attention to detail. His passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and preserving traditional building skills continues to drive the company's reputation and long-term success.
